Startup Inno is seeking a motivated and analytically driven Junior Data Scientist to join our 2026 Graduate Program. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about data, machine learning, and delivering business impact through advanced analytics. You will work alongside experienced data scientists, engineers, and product teams to develop data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making and product innovation.
This program offers structured mentorship, hands-on project experience, and exposure to modern data science tools and methodologies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large structured and unstructured datasets.
Support the development, testing, and deployment of machine learning and statistical models.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business units.
Contribute to feature engineering and model evaluation processes.
Document methodologies, experiments, and results clearly and accurately.
Stay current with emerging data science techniques and industry best practices.
Bachelors or Masters degree (graduating in 2026) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Strong foundation in Python or R for data analysis.
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn).
Knowledge of data structures and algorithms fundamentals.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Fresh graduates or candidates graduating in 2026 are encouraged to apply.
Internship, academic project, or research experience in data science or analytics is preferred.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus but not mandatory.
Participation in hackathons, Kaggle competitions, or open-source projects is advantageous.
Full-time position.
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday.
