Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Clinical Data Scientist specializing in Patient Level Data Analysis to join our growing data and research team. This role is critical in transforming complex clinical and real-world patient data into meaningful insights that support clinical development, regulatory submissions, and evidence-based decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong statistical expertise, clinical domain knowledge, and advanced programming skills to drive high-impact analyses across clinical programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze patient-level clinical trial and real-world datasets to generate actionable insights.

  • Design and execute statistical analyses to support clinical development, safety evaluation, and outcomes research.

  • Clean, standardize, and validate large-scale clinical datasets ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

  • Develop and maintain reproducible analysis pipelines using statistical programming languages.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, biostatistics, medical affairs, and regulatory teams.

  • Create clear visualizations and reports to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Support study design, protocol development, and statistical analysis planning.

  • Ensure adherence to industry standards such as CDISC, SDTM, and ADaM where applicable.

  • Contribute to publications, regulatory submissions, and internal knowledge sharing.

  • Stay current with advancements in clinical analytics, real-world evidence, and data science methodologies.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Data Science, Epidemiology, Bioinformatics, or a related quantitative field.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical programming language (R, Python, or SAS).

  • Solid understanding of clinical trial data structures and patient-level data analysis.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/ggplot).

  • Knowledge of clinical research processes and regulatory environments.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in clinical data science, biostatistics, or healthcare analytics.

  • Hands-on experience working with clinical trial or real-world healthcare datasets.

  • Prior experience in pharma, biotech, CRO, or health-tech environments preferred.

  • Experience with CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM) is highly desirable.

  • Exposure to survival analysis, longitudinal data analysis, or causal inference methods is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position.

  • Standard business hours with flexibility to collaborate across global time zones.

  • Occasional extended hours may be required to meet critical project deadlines.
