Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated Product Analyst to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify pain points, needs, and behavior patterns.

• Analyze product usage data, A/B tests, and surveys to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define key metrics, KPIs, and success criteria.

• Synthesize insights into compelling reports and presentations for stakeholders across departments.

• Monitor market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities and risks.

• Participate in product ideation sessions and help prioritize features based on data-driven insights.

• Continuously optimize product performance by providing actionable recommendations to improve user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field; Masters preferred.

• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.

• Strong experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex data clearly.

• Familiarity with UX research methodologies and customer journey mapping.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in product analytics, user research, or data-driven product roles.

• Proven track record of translating user research and data insights into actionable product recommendations.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced tech environment is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote role.

• Flexible working hours to accommodate collaboration across multiple time zones.

• Occasional participation in meetings and workshops may be required outside standard hours.
