Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Remote Health Coach to join our Corporate Wellness Platform team. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized health coaching sessions to employees via virtual platforms, focusing on nutrition, fitness, stress management, and lifestyle habits.

• Assess client health needs and design tailored wellness plans to meet individual and corporate objectives.

• Monitor and track participants progress, providing guidance, motivation, and actionable feedback.

• Facilitate group wellness workshops, webinars, and challenges to promote engagement and corporate wellness culture.

• Collaborate with corporate HR teams to align wellness initiatives with company goals and employee engagement strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, progress reports, and outcomes to ensure data-driven program improvement.

• Stay current with health and wellness trends, tools, and evidence-based practices to provide up-to-date guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Certified Health Coach, Wellness Coach, or relevant certification in nutrition, fitness, or lifestyle management.

• Strong knowledge of holistic wellness approaches, including nutrition, fitness, mental health, and stress management.

• Excellent virtual communication skills, including coaching, presentation, and facilitation.

• Ability to motivate, inspire, and guide diverse populations toward achieving wellness goals.

• Familiarity with corporate wellness platforms, health tracking tools, and digital coaching software.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and initiatives simultaneously.

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in health coaching, corporate wellness, or related wellness roles.

• Experience working with corporate clients or within workplace wellness programs is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in guiding clients toward measurable health improvements.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote schedule with occasional corporate client sessions across time zones.

• Must be able to conduct virtual coaching during standard business hours in client regions.

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
