Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Grant Researcher to join our Innovation Funds team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology-driven initiatives and funding opportunities, with a focus on identifying, analyzing, and securing grants to support innovative projects within our Tech Hub. The Grant Researcher will play a pivotal role in expanding our funding portfolio, enabling the company to accelerate groundbreaking tech developments and support startups and internal innovation projects.
Conduct comprehensive research to identify relevant grants, funding programs, and government incentives that align with the companys innovation objectives.
Monitor and track upcoming grant opportunities, deadlines, and eligibility criteria across local, national, and international sources.
Prepare detailed reports and summaries of grant opportunities, highlighting potential benefits, risks, and application requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, finance, and project managers, to gather necessary information and develop compelling grant proposals.
Draft, edit, and review grant applications, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and submission deadlines.
Maintain a database of past, ongoing, and potential grants to ensure strategic tracking and reporting.
Provide guidance and training to internal teams on grant application best practices and compliance requirements.
Build relationships with funding agencies, foundations, and other stakeholders to stay informed about emerging opportunities.
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field (Masters preferred).
Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in identifying funding opportunities in technology or innovation sectors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive proposals and reports.
Proficient in using research databases, grant management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to interpret grant guidelines, legal terms, and complex funding criteria accurately.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in grant research, grant writing, or funding acquisition, preferably in the tech, innovation, or non-profit sector.
Proven track record of successful grant applications and funding awards.
Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
Must be able to coordinate across multiple time zones to liaise with internal teams and external funders.
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet grant deadlines.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize complex information quickly.
