Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Remote English AI Trainer to support our Natural Language Processing (NLP) initiatives. This role focuses on generating high-quality, contextually accurate, and diverse English language data to train and refine AI models. The ideal candidate is passionate about language, AI technologies, and improving machine learning models through data annotation, evaluation, and curation. Key Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and annotate high-quality English language datasets for NLP and AI model training.

• Review and verify AI-generated outputs for accuracy, grammar, and contextual relevance.

• Collaborate with AI development teams to provide feedback and insights on data quality and model performance.

• Maintain detailed documentation of datasets, annotation guidelines, and quality control procedures.

• Participate in testing AI models, identifying gaps in training data, and suggesting improvements.

• Ensure adherence to ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations.

• Continuously update knowledge of linguistic trends, AI advancements, and NLP best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with NLP concepts, AI language models, or machine learning datasets is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines with high accuracy.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in data annotation, content creation, linguistics, AI training, or a related field is preferred.

• Prior experience working with AI/ML datasets, NLP projects, or remote training roles is a plus.
