Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Remote Community Manager – Discord & Web3 Hubs to build, grow, and manage our online communities across Discord and decentralized Web3 platforms. This role is ideal for a digitally savvy professional who understands online culture, crypto communities, and user engagement strategies. You will serve as the voice of our brand within our community, ensuring meaningful engagement, positive experiences, and strong alignment with our product vision.

As a Community Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how users interact with our ecosystem, fostering loyalty, encouraging participation, and transforming community members into long-term advocates of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and scale active communities on Discord, Telegram, and other Web3 hubs.

• Moderate discussions, enforce community guidelines, and maintain a healthy and inclusive environment.

• Develop community engagement strategies including AMAs, virtual events, campaigns, and challenges.

• Act as a liaison between users and internal teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering).

• Create and publish community content such as announcements, updates, FAQs, and onboarding guides.

• Track community metrics and sentiment to provide actionable insights and reports.

• Identify and nurture community leaders, ambassadors, and influencers.

• Handle user feedback, concerns, and support requests professionally and promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Discord, Web3 platforms, and online community dynamics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, NFTs, or decentralized applications (dApps).

• Ability to manage large-scale online communities and resolve conflicts diplomatically.

• Proficiency with community tools such as Discord bots, moderation tools, and analytics platforms.

• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving and engagement-building abilities.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in community management, social media, or digital engagement roles.

• Prior experience working with Web3, crypto startups, or tech communities is highly preferred.

• Experience managing remote or global communities is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

• Fully remote role.

• Flexible working hours with overlap across global time zones.

• Availability for community events, AMAs, and occasional weekend activities.
