Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Blog Editor to manage and elevate content for our niche authority websites. This role is ideal for a content professional who understands digital publishing, SEO-driven content strategies, and audience engagement.

As a Blog Editor, you will be responsible for reviewing, editing, optimizing, and publishing high-quality blog content that positions our platforms as trusted industry authorities. You will collaborate with writers, SEO specialists, and content strategists to ensure all content meets brand guidelines, editorial standards, and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit, proofread, and optimize blog articles for clarity, tone, grammar, and accuracy.

• Ensure content aligns with brand voice, style guides, and editorial standards.

• Manage the end-to-end editorial workflow, from draft submission to final publication.

• Optimize content for SEO, including keyword placement, internal linking, metadata, and readability.

• Collaborate with freelance writers and in-house contributors, providing constructive feedback.

• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of articles.

• Conduct content audits and recommend improvements for existing blog posts.

• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and suggest data-driven improvements.

• Ensure compliance with copyright, plagiarism, and content quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent command of written English, including grammar, syntax, and editorial best practices.

• Strong experience in blog editing, content management, or digital publishing.

• Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.

• Ability to edit technical or niche-specific content with accuracy.

• Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• High attention to detail and quality assurance.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a content editor, blog editor, or similar role.

• Experience working with niche authority websites or content-driven platforms is highly preferred.

• Background in digital marketing, journalism, or content strategy is a strong advantage.
