Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and compassionate Virtual Intake Coordinator to support our expanding global telehealth clinics. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients accessing virtual healthcare services. You will be responsible for managing patient intake processes, collecting and verifying information, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless virtual experience for patients and healthcare providers alike.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and possesses excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to patient care and confidentiality. Act as the primary virtual point of contact for new and existing patients.
Conduct patient intake assessments through phone, email, and video platforms.
Collect, verify, and update patient demographic, medical, and insurance information.
Schedule and coordinate virtual appointments with clinicians.
Ensure all patient records are accurately entered into electronic health systems.
Educate patients on telehealth processes, consent forms, and system usage.
Maintain strict compliance with patient confidentiality and data protection standards.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient onboarding.
Resolve patient queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Monitor workflow and continuously improve intake efficiency.
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
High level of empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients.
Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM systems, and electronic health records (EHR).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
1–3 years of experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, or call center roles.
Prior experience in telehealth, virtual clinics, or medical reception is a strong advantage.
Experience handling patient data and appointment scheduling systems is preferred.
Full-time, remote position.
