Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing remote talent acquisition team. This role is focused on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier professionals in the AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, and Fintech domains.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping to scale high-performing technology teams across global markets. You will play a critical role in building our employer brand, driving innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering a world-class candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.
Source high-quality candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Develop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles in AI, Fintech, Blockchain, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
Conduct technical screening interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and promote strong employer branding through proactive candidate engagement.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, candidate experience).
Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
Strong understanding of technical roles in AI, Fintech, and software development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to source candidates using modern recruitment tools and platforms.
Experience working with ATS and recruitment CRMs.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
3+ years of experience in technical recruitment or IT talent acquisition.
Experience hiring for roles such as AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Fintech specialists.
Prior experience in a staffing agency, startup, or global tech company is a plus.
Full-time, remote role.
