Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly driven and data-oriented Growth Marketing Manager – App Scale Strategy to lead the growth, acquisition, and retention strategy for our mobile and digital applications. This role is ideal for a growth professional who thrives at the intersection of marketing, product, analytics, and experimentation.
As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for scaling user acquisition, improving activation and retention funnels, and driving sustainable revenue growth across multiple digital channels. You will own the full growth lifecycle—from strategy to execution—using a test-and-learn approach to optimize performance and user experience.
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to scale mobile and web applications globally.
Own end-to-end user acquisition across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing channels.
Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize conversion rates and user journeys.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Design teams to improve onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Analyze funnel performance, cohort behavior, and campaign ROI using advanced analytics tools.
Build and optimize growth loops, referral programs, and virality strategies.
Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure efficient customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Identify new growth opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
Lead lifecycle campaigns (email, push, in-app messaging) to drive activation and retention.
Present growth insights, dashboards, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of growth marketing frameworks (AARRR, Pirate Metrics, North Star metrics).
Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads).
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or similar.
Experience with experimentation tools (Optimizely, VWO, Firebase, or similar).
Strong knowledge of SEO, ASO (App Store Optimization), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
4–7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Product Marketing.
Proven track record of scaling digital products, apps, or SaaS platforms.
Experience working in high-growth tech environments or global organizations.
Prior experience managing cross-functional growth initiatives is highly desirable.
