Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented E-learning Content Developer to join our remote corporate education team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality digital learning content for corporate professionals across multiple industries. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and business stakeholders to transform complex concepts into engaging, learner-centered online courses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, courses, and learning journeys for corporate training programs.

  • Translate business and technical requirements into effective instructional content.

  • Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, quizzes, and multimedia learning assets.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

  • Use authoring tools to produce SCORM/xAPI-compliant learning materials.

  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

  • Update and maintain existing learning content to ensure relevance and quality.

  • Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across all learning materials.

  • Track feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve learning content.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital learning and corporate training.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, iSpring).

  • Solid understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Blooms Taxonomy).

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Ability to design engaging multimedia content (text, video, audio, infographics).

  • Strong attention to detail and content quality.

  • Excellent project management and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Creative mindset with a learner-first approach.


Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in e-learning development, instructional design, or digital content creation.

  • Experience in corporate training or professional learning environments preferred.

  • Prior experience developing content for global or multicultural audiences is a strong advantage.

  • Portfolio of e-learning projects or sample work is highly desirable.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.
