Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Conversion Specialist to join our remote high-ticket sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting qualified inbound and outbound leads into high-value clients through consultative selling techniques. You will engage with prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that drive revenue growth and long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with pre-qualified inbound and outbound leads via phone, video calls, email, and CRM systems.

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points, goals, and business needs.

  • Present and close high-ticket solutions using consultative and value-based selling methods.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

  • Follow up consistently with warm leads to maximize conversion rates.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.

  • Provide feedback on sales scripts, processes, and customer objections.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales, lead conversion, or business development.

  • Prior experience in high-ticket sales, B2B sales, or consultative selling is highly preferred.

  • Experience working with remote teams and global clients is an advantage.
