Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner – Tech Sourcing Focus to join our growing global recruitment team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier technology talent across multiple regions. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, driving end-to-end recruitment strategies with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development.

Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical hiring needs and workforce plans.
Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies for technical roles including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Engineers, Product Managers, and Cybersecurity specialists.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
Develop employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality technical talent.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
Maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
Strong expertise in technical recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Proven ability to recruit for complex technical roles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms.
Ability to assess technical skill sets and cultural fit.
Strong negotiation and offer management skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment.
Prior experience in IT, SaaS, fintech, or engineering-driven environments preferred.
Experience working with global or distributed teams is a strong advantage.
