Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner – Tech Sourcing Focus to join our growing global recruitment team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier technology talent across multiple regions. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, driving end-to-end recruitment strategies with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development.

This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the tech hiring landscape, and is passionate about building world-class teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical hiring needs and workforce plans.

  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies for technical roles including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Engineers, Product Managers, and Cybersecurity specialists.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, networking, and referrals.

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer and onboarding.

  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality technical talent.

  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in technical recruitment and candidate sourcing.

  • Proven ability to recruit for complex technical roles.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms.

  • Ability to assess technical skill sets and cultural fit.

  • Strong negotiation and offer management skills.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment.

  • Prior experience in IT, SaaS, fintech, or engineering-driven environments preferred.

  • Experience working with global or distributed teams is a strong advantage.


Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working hours.

  • Must be available for regular collaboration across global time zones.

  • Core overlap hours with business teams may be required.
