Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Remote Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) across the APAC region. This role is critical in enabling executive efficiency, managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level communications, and supporting key business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, demonstrating exceptional professionalism, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment. This position requires strong multitasking skills, cross-cultural communication expertise, and the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders, partners, and internal leadership teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders across the APAC region.

  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, agendas, and briefing documents.

  • Manage confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.

  • Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, board sessions, and leadership forums.

  • Track action items and follow up on deliverables from executive meetings.

  • Support strategic initiatives, special projects, and operational priorities as assigned.

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the CEO when required.

  • Improve internal processes and workflows to enhance executive productivity.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives, preferably at C-suite level.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack).

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.


Experience

  • Minimum of 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.

  • Experience working in a multinational or global organization is highly desirable.

  • Prior exposure to cross-border teams and regional operations (APAC) is a strong advantage.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Core working hours aligned with APAC business time zones, with flexibility to accommodate global meetings.

  • Occasional availability outside standard hours may be required to support executive priorities.
