As an Inside Sales Closer, you will engage with prospects across international markets, understand their business needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals through consultative selling techniques. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure.
Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone, video calls, email, and CRM tools.
Conduct product demos and sales presentations to prospective clients.
Identify customer pain points and recommend appropriate solutions.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to successfully close deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize conversion rates.
Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proven closing skills with a consultative sales approach.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling B2B products or services is highly preferred.
Prior experience in SaaS, IT services, or technology sales is an advantage.
Experience working with international clients is a plus.
