Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Representative fluent in Mandarin, English, and Vietnamese to join our international support team. As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers across multiple regions, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support via chat, email, and phone in Mandarin, English, and Vietnamese.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and technical issues.

  • Resolve complaints and escalations efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.

  • Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and service-level agreements (SLAs).

  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, billing, operations) to resolve complex issues.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and quality benchmarks.

  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for service improvement.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Vietnamese (spoken and written).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.

  • Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of customer interactions.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles preferred.

  • Experience in international or multilingual support environments is a strong advantage.

  • Fresh graduates with strong language skills and customer service mindset are encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Rotational shifts to support global customers (including night or weekend shifts depending on region).
