Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SaaS Implementation Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of our SaaS solutions for new clients across multiple industries. You will act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to successful product adoption.
This is a client-facing, strategic role that requires strong technical understanding, project management skills, and exceptional communication abilities. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure customers achieve rapid time-to-value and long-term success.
Lead the full lifecycle of SaaS implementations for new clients, from kickoff to go-live.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business needs, workflows, and technical requirements.
Configure and customize the SaaS platform according to client specifications.
Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management best practices.
Serve as the primary onboarding contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support) to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
Deliver remote product training sessions and user enablement workshops.
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and proactively propose solutions.
Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
Support handover to Customer Success and Support teams post-implementation.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and cloud-based platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar).
Basic technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, data migration, and system configurations.
Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on user experience and satisfaction.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
2–5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, customer success, or technical consulting.
Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients is preferred.
Prior experience in a client-facing role within a technology or software company.
Exposure to CRM, ERP, HR tech, FinTech, or enterprise SaaS platforms is an advantage.
Full-time, remote position.
Standard working hours aligned with client regions (flexible schedules may apply).
Availability to attend virtual meetings across different time zones when required.
Strong understanding of business processes and digital transformation.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
