Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to join our growing digital team. This fully remote role focuses on designing seamless, intuitive, and visually compelling experiences for our e-commerce platforms and mobile applications. You will play a key role in shaping how users interact with our products, ensuring optimal usability, accessibility, and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and business stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into engaging digital experiences that drive customer satisfaction and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile e-commerce platforms.

• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.

• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and elegant user interfaces.

• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI libraries.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance best practices are followed.

• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve product experience.

• Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Experience designing for e-commerce platforms and mobile applications.

• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design techniques.

• Ability to create interactive prototypes and design systems.

• Strong visual design skills including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer.

• Proven portfolio demonstrating e-commerce and mobile UX/UI projects.

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.
