Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Lead – TikTok Ads to spearhead our performance marketing efforts across Vietnam and the broader Southeast Asia (SEA) region. This is a fully remote leadership role focused on scaling user acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution of TikTok advertising campaigns.

As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will own the end-to-end TikTok marketing strategy, from campaign ideation and creative direction to budget management, optimization, and performance analysis. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, product managers, and regional marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and local market trends.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all TikTok Ads initiatives for Vietnam and SEA markets.

  • Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and ROI.

  • Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid TikTok campaigns (CPC, CPA, ROAS focused).

  • Oversee creative strategy including ad formats, video scripts, UGC concepts, and influencer collaborations.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards.

  • Manage and allocate monthly advertising budgets effectively.

  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels.

  • Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad features.

  • Mentor junior marketers and collaborate with regional teams.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in TikTok Ads Manager and performance marketing platforms.

  • Deep understanding of digital funnels, conversion tracking, and attribution models.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel, dashboards).

  • Excellent knowledge of SEA digital consumer behavior, especially Vietnam.

  • Experience in creative strategy for short-form video content.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English (Vietnamese is a strong advantage).


Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in digital performance marketing.

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale TikTok ad budgets.

  • Proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns in SEA markets.

  • Experience in e-commerce, gaming, fintech, or mobile apps is highly preferred.

  • Prior experience in leading or mentoring a marketing team is a plus.
