Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and creative Remote Game Developer (Unity/C#) to join our fast-growing digital gaming division. This role is focused on building innovative Play-to-Earn (P2E) gaming systems that merge engaging gameplay with blockchain-driven reward mechanisms. You will be responsible for developing scalable game features, integrating smart contract logic, and delivering immersive user experiences for a global player base.

As part of our distributed engineering team, you will collaborate with designers, blockchain engineers, product managers, and QA specialists to develop next-generation games that combine entertainment, digital ownership, and decentralized economies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain game features using Unity (C#).

• Implement Play-to-Earn mechanics including in-game economies, reward systems, and NFT assets.

• Integrate blockchain APIs and smart contracts into game logic.

• Optimize performance for cross-platform deployment (Web, Mobile, PC).

• Collaborate with game designers to implement engaging gameplay mechanics and UI/UX.

• Debug, test, and maintain high-quality code following best development practices.

• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical documentation.

• Continuously research emerging gaming and Web3 trends to improve products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Unity Engine and C# programming.

• Solid understanding of game architecture, physics, and animation systems.

• Experience working with APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations.

• Knowledge of blockchain concepts such as wallets, tokens, NFTs, and smart contracts.

• Familiarity with multiplayer game development and real-time systems.

• Experience with Git or similar version control systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills in a remote working environment.

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in game development.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Unity (C#).

• Prior experience in Web3, blockchain gaming, or Play-to-Earn projects is highly preferred.

• Experience releasing at least one commercial or large-scale game product is a plus.

Working Hours

• Fully remote role.

• Flexible working hours aligned with global teams.

• Core collaboration hours: 4–6 hours overlap with GMT time zone.

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
