Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly driven and strategic AI Product Growth Manager to lead the growth and market expansion of our AI-powered digital products. This role is ideal for a professional who blends strong product thinking with data-driven growth strategies and has the ability to operate in both English and Vietnamese markets.

As an AI Product Growth Manager, you will be responsible for scaling user acquisition, improving product adoption, driving engagement, and optimizing revenue across our AI solutions. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams to design and execute growth experiments that directly impact business performance.

This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for AI-based products across global markets.

• Identify growth opportunities through market research, user behavior analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

• Design and manage growth experiments (A/B tests, funnels, cohorts) to optimize acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to improve product features based on user insights and growth data.

• Lead go-to-market strategies for new AI product launches.

• Build and optimize user funnels across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.

• Track and analyze key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn, and retention.

• Work closely with marketing teams on performance campaigns, SEO, content, and lifecycle marketing.

• Act as a bridge between English-speaking and Vietnamese-speaking stakeholders and markets.

• Prepare growth reports and present insights to senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of product growth frameworks (AARRR, North Star Metrics, Growth Loops).

• Proficiency in growth analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

• Experience with experimentation platforms and A/B testing.

• Knowledge of digital marketing channels: paid media, SEO, ASO, email, CRM.

• Familiarity with AI/ML products, SaaS platforms, or data-driven technologies.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal).

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote-first environments.

Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• 4–7+ years of experience in product growth, growth marketing, product management, or similar roles.

• Proven experience scaling digital or AI-driven products.

• Prior experience in SaaS, AI, fintech, edtech, or martech is highly preferred.

• Experience working in multicultural or international teams is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.

• Standard working hours aligned with global business operations (flexible scheduling).

• Occasional overlap required with Asia-Pacific and global teams for collaboration.
