Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Remote SEO Regional Manager – APAC Growth Strategy to lead and scale our organic growth initiatives across key Asia-Pacific markets. This role is designed for an experienced SEO professional with strong leadership capabilities and deep regional market understanding. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that drive visibility, traffic, and revenue growth across multiple countries and languages.

As a regional leader, you will collaborate closely with global marketing, product, and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded into every digital initiative. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape the SEO vision for one of the most dynamic growth regions in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scalable SEO growth strategy tailored to the APAC region.

• Lead and manage regional SEO specialists, agencies, and freelancers.

• Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis across APAC countries.

• Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.

• Define keyword strategies for multiple languages and search engines.

• Partner with content teams to create SEO-driven content frameworks.

• Collaborate with developers to improve site architecture, performance, and indexing.

• Monitor KPIs including rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and ROI.

• Stay updated with regional search trends, algorithms, and market behaviors.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in SEO strategy and execution across international markets.

• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site audits, schema, and Core Web Vitals.

• Advanced knowledge of keyword research and search intent modeling.

• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SEO or digital growth roles.

• 2+ years in a leadership or regional management position.

• Prior experience managing SEO strategies in APAC markets (India, Southeast Asia, Australia, Japan, etc.).

• Experience working in SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or high-growth tech environments is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.
