Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our remote-first Web3 and Stablecoin product team. This role is ideal for a frontend expert who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance decentralized applications (dApps) and financial technology platforms.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing user-facing interfaces for blockchain-based products used by a global audience. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, blockchain developers, product managers, and designers to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences in the Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex frontend architectures for Web3 and Stablecoin platforms.

• Build and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Integrate frontend applications with smart contracts, APIs, and blockchain services.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and performance optimization.

• Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality code.

• Review code, mentor junior developers, and promote frontend best practices.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to continuously improve user experience.

• Implement security best practices for Web3 interfaces (wallet interactions, transaction flows, authentication).

• Stay updated with emerging trends in Web3, DeFi, and frontend technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Advanced experience with React.js and modern frontend frameworks.

• Solid understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar).

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

• Familiarity with Web3 libraries such as Ethers.js, Web3.js, or Wagmi.

• Experience integrating crypto wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of responsive design and component-based architecture.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.

• 2+ years of experience working with Web3, blockchain, or DeFi products (preferred).

• Proven track record of delivering production-grade frontend applications.

• Experience working in agile or product-driven teams.

• Prior experience in fintech, crypto, or SaaS is a strong advantage.
