Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js/React) to join our AI Product Hub. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who is passionate about building scalable, intelligent, and user-centric digital products powered by artificial intelligence. As a senior member of our engineering team, you will take ownership of end-to-end development, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers while working on next-generation AI-driven platforms used by global clients.

You will collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, UI/UX designers, and cloud engineers to deliver robust, high-performance solutions that solve complex business problems and create real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Node.js on the backend and React.js on the frontend.

• Lead the technical architecture and ensure best practices in system design, performance, and security.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for AI-based products.

• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.

• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

• Work closely with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Extensive experience with Node.js, Express.js, and backend frameworks.

• Advanced knowledge of React.js, Redux, and modern frontend architectures.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.

• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerization.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable systems.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.

• At least 2+ years in a senior or lead engineering role.

• Proven experience working on large-scale web applications or SaaS platforms.

• Experience in AI/ML product environments is highly preferred.

• Prior experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.

Working Hours

• Full-time role (40 hours per week).
