Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js/React) to join our AI Product Hub. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who is passionate about building scalable, intelligent, and user-centric digital products powered by artificial intelligence. As a senior member of our engineering team, you will take ownership of end-to-end development, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers while working on next-generation AI-driven platforms used by global clients.
You will collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, UI/UX designers, and cloud engineers to deliver robust, high-performance solutions that solve complex business problems and create real-world impact.
Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Node.js on the backend and React.js on the frontend.
Lead the technical architecture and ensure best practices in system design, performance, and security.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for AI-based products.
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Work closely with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Extensive experience with Node.js, Express.js, and backend frameworks.
Advanced knowledge of React.js, Redux, and modern frontend architectures.
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerization.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable systems.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
At least 2+ years in a senior or lead engineering role.
Proven experience working on large-scale web applications or SaaS platforms.
Experience in AI/ML product environments is highly preferred.
Prior experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.
Full-time role (40 hours per week).
