Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Supply Chain Analyst – ESG & Scope 3 Focus to join our global sustainability and operations team. This role is critical in supporting our commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) excellence by driving transparency, compliance, and performance across our supply chain.

The successful candidate will play a key role in measuring, analyzing, and optimizing Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions, supplier sustainability performance, and ESG data reporting. You will work cross-functionally with procurement, operations, finance, and sustainability teams to deliver data-driven insights that enable responsible business decisions and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor global supply chain data with a focus on ESG performance and Scope 3 emissions.

• Collect, validate, and manage ESG-related data from suppliers, partners, and internal systems.

• Develop models and dashboards to track carbon footprint, supplier risk, and sustainability KPIs.

• Support ESG reporting frameworks such as GHG Protocol, CDP, TCFD, and corporate sustainability reports.

• Conduct supplier assessments and identify opportunities for emissions reduction and process optimization.

• Collaborate with procurement teams to integrate ESG criteria into supplier selection and evaluation.

• Prepare insights and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

• Ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of ESG metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.

• Solid understanding of ESG concepts, sustainability metrics, and carbon accounting.

• Knowledge of Scope 3 emissions categories and supply chain sustainability practices.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, ESG reporting, sustainability consulting, or related roles.

• Hands-on experience with ESG frameworks, carbon reporting tools, or sustainability platforms is highly desirable.

• Experience working with global suppliers and cross-functional teams is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Standard working hours aligned with global operations (flexibility provided depending on region).

• Occasional overlap with international teams may be required.
