Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior QA Tester to join our growing remote engineering team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and quality assurance and want to build a career in software testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.

• Identify, document, and track software bugs and issues.

• Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing.

• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.

• Review software requirements and specifications for testability.

• Assist in creating test plans and test scenarios.

• Participate in daily stand-ups and QA review meetings.

• Ensure product releases meet quality standards before deployment.

• Maintain accurate testing documentation and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Familiarity with software testing concepts and methodologies.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Ability to write clear and concise bug reports.

• Basic knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar issue trackers.

• Good communication skills in written and spoken English.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Basic computer literacy and technical curiosity.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

• Fresh graduates with relevant coursework or certifications are welcome.

• Internship or academic project experience in QA is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
