Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Remote Podcast Producer – Audio Strategy & Editing to lead the end-to-end production of engaging, high-quality podcast content. This role is ideal for a passionate audio professional who understands storytelling, audience growth, and digital media trends. You will be responsible for shaping podcast concepts, managing production workflows, editing audio content, and collaborating with hosts, marketers, and content teams to deliver compelling audio experiences that strengthen our brand voice and community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of podcast production, from concept development to final distribution.

• Develop and execute podcast strategies aligned with business goals and audience needs.

• Edit and enhance audio recordings, ensuring broadcast-level sound quality.

• Manage recording sessions (remote and virtual), including guest coordination and scheduling.

• Create show outlines, scripts, and episode structures in collaboration with content teams.

• Add music, sound effects, and voice enhancements to improve listener engagement.

• Oversee post-production processes including mixing, mastering, and quality control.

• Publish and distribute episodes across podcast platforms and digital channels.

• Track analytics and listener feedback to optimize content performance and growth.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote episodes through social media and campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in audio editing software (Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Audacity, Logic Pro, etc.).

• Excellent understanding of podcast formats, storytelling techniques, and audio branding.

• Experience with remote recording tools (Riverside, Zencastr, Zoom, SquadCast, etc.).

• Knowledge of podcast hosting platforms and RSS feed management.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and sound quality.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Experience

• 2–5+ years of experience in podcast production, audio engineering, or digital media.

• Proven portfolio of published podcast episodes or audio projects.

• Experience working with hosts, executives, or content creators is a strong advantage.

• Background in media, journalism, marketing, or broadcasting is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time or part-time (depending on project scope).
