Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner – FinTech Mobile Roadmap to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our next-generation mobile financial products. This role is critical in shaping user-centric, scalable, and secure digital solutions that serve millions of users globally.
As a Product Owner, you will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, UX designers, and external partners. You will own the product backlog, define product priorities, and ensure timely delivery of features that align with business objectives and regulatory standards within the FinTech ecosystem.
This is a fully remote role, offering the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams across different regions while contributing to innovative financial platforms that drive real-world impact.
Define and communicate a clear product vision and mobile roadmap aligned with company strategy.
Own and manage the product backlog, including writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, compliance, and data teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging user feedback, analytics, and market research.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
Monitor product performance through KPIs and continuously optimize user experience.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data security standards, and industry best practices.
Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations, timelines, and scope.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
Proven experience in mobile app product management, preferably in FinTech or financial services.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using product analytics tools.
Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and mobile-first design.
Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and digital payment systems.
High level of problem-solving and decision-making ability.
4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
At least 2 years of experience working with mobile applications in FinTech, banking, payments, or SaaS.
Experience working with distributed or remote Agile teams is highly preferred.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
Full-time role (40 hours per week).
