Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a passion for B2B technology sales, digital prospecting, and data-driven outreach strategies. You will play a critical role in fueling our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients across global markets.
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to design and execute outreach campaigns that generate high-quality leads for enterprise and mid-market technology solutions.
Research, identify, and build targeted prospect lists across multiple industries and geographies.
Execute outbound lead generation campaigns using email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and CRM tools.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria and buyer personas.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and actionable prospect data.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
Collaborate with sales teams to schedule qualified meetings and hand over warm leads.
Track and analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
Continuously optimize outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates.
Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and prospecting platforms.
Ability to conduct effective cold outreach and handle objections professionally.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
2–5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
Prior experience in B2B tech, SaaS, IT services, or digital solutions is highly preferred.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
Full-time, remote position.
Standard working hours aligned with US or European business time zones (flexibility available).
Monday to Friday, with performance-based scheduling flexibility.
In-depth knowledge of B2B sales funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
Strong research and prospecting skills using digital tools and platforms.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
