As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to design and execute outreach campaigns that generate high-quality leads for enterprise and mid-market technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and build targeted prospect lists across multiple industries and geographies.

  • Execute outbound lead generation campaigns using email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and CRM tools.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria and buyer personas.

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and actionable prospect data.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to schedule qualified meetings and hand over warm leads.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.

  • Continuously optimize outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and prospecting platforms.

  • Ability to conduct effective cold outreach and handle objections professionally.

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a remote environment.


Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.

  • Prior experience in B2B tech, SaaS, IT services, or digital solutions is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.

  • Experience working with international clients is an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Standard working hours aligned with US or European business time zones (flexibility available).

  • Monday to Friday, with performance-based scheduling flexibility.
