Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Remote Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions across US tech hubs, enabling leadership to focus on business growth, innovation, and stakeholder relationships.

As an Executive Assistant, you will act as the CEOs right hand—managing complex schedules, coordinating communications, handling confidential information, and supporting key business initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEOs calendar, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents for executive meetings.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.

  • Track action items from meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Assist in project management, including research, documentation, and coordination.

  • Support strategic initiatives by gathering data, preparing insights, and monitoring progress.

  • Manage emails, prioritize correspondence, and draft professional communications.

  • Improve administrative processes and systems for executive efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Advanced time management and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.


Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.

  • Prior experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a technology or startup environment.

  • Experience working with international teams and stakeholders is a strong advantage.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Working hours aligned with US business time zones (primarily EST/PST).

  • Flexibility required for executive availability and urgent matters.
