Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and creative Remote Instructional Designer – Corporate Training (Bilingual) to join our growing Learning & Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact training programs for a global workforce across multiple industries and business functions.

As an Instructional Designer, you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, business leaders, and HR stakeholders to create engaging, learner-centered training solutions that enhance employee performance, productivity, and professional growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about adult learning, digital education, and creating innovative learning experiences in a fully remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end instructional materials for corporate training programs, including e-learning modules, virtual workshops, blended learning, and instructor-led training.

  • Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with business units and stakeholders.

  • Translate complex business concepts into clear, engaging, and practical learning content.

  • Develop storyboards, scripts, assessments, simulations, and multimedia learning assets.

  • Ensure all training materials follow adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.

  • Localize and adapt content for bilingual audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, metrics, and performance data.

  • Continuously update and improve learning content based on organizational needs and trends.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Blooms Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick, etc.).

  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in two languages (bilingual required).

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • High level of creativity, attention to detail, and learner-focused mindset.

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.


Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, corporate training, or learning & development.

  • Proven experience designing training programs for corporate or professional audiences.

  • Experience working with global or multicultural teams is highly preferred.

  • Background in digital learning, remote training, or virtual facilitation is an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Standard working hours aligned with business operations (flexible depending on region).

  • Occasional overlap with global teams across different time zones may be required.
