Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Conversion Specialist to join our growing global sales operations team. This role is critical in transforming qualified inbound and outbound leads into high-value customers through strategic communication, consultative selling, and strong follow-up practices.

As a Lead Conversion Specialist, you will act as the bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring that every potential customer receives a professional, personalized, and value-focused experience. You will be responsible for maximizing conversion rates, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships with prospects across international markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, chat, and CRM systems.

  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, authority, and timeline.

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.

  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Follow up with warm and cold leads consistently to nurture long-term relationships.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion and revenue targets.

  • Handle objections professionally and close deals using consultative sales techniques.

  • Provide feedback to management on lead trends, customer behavior, and conversion barriers.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • High level of confidence in speaking with prospects from different industries.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on performance metrics.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, inside sales, or business development.

  • Prior experience in SaaS, digital services, IT solutions, or high-ticket sales is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales or conversion targets.

  • Experience working with international clients is a strong advantage.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Flexible working hours with overlap required for US business time zones.

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

  • Occasional weekend or evening shifts based on business needs.
