Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and creative Remote Community Manager – Gaming & Creator Economy to build, manage, and grow our global online communities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about gaming, digital creators, and online culture, who understands how to foster meaningful engagement across platforms such as Discord, Reddit, X (Twitter), Twitch, YouTube, and emerging social channels.

As a Community Manager, you will be the voice of the brand and the bridge between the company and its community. You will be responsible for cultivating a positive, inclusive, and highly engaged environment that supports gamers, streamers, content creators, and fans while driving brand loyalty and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.

• Manage and moderate online communities across multiple platforms (Discord, forums, social media, creator platforms).

• Act as the primary point of contact between the community and internal teams (marketing, product, support).

• Create and curate engaging content including announcements, events, campaigns, AMAs, and contests.

• Monitor community sentiment and provide actionable insights and feedback to stakeholders.

• Build strong relationships with influencers, streamers, and creators within the gaming ecosystem.

• Enforce community guidelines and ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

• Track community metrics (growth, engagement, retention) and prepare regular performance reports.

• Organize virtual events such as tournaments, creator collaborations, and community meetups.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proven experience managing online communities, preferably in gaming or creator economy.

• Deep understanding of gaming culture, streaming platforms, and creator ecosystems.

• Proficiency with community tools (Discord, Slack, Reddit, social media dashboards).

• Ability to create engaging digital content and campaigns.

• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

• Analytical mindset with experience using community or social analytics tools.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in community management, social media, digital marketing, or related roles.

• Prior experience in gaming, esports, Web3, SaaS, or creator-focused platforms is highly preferred.

• Experience working with global, distributed audiences is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.

• Flexible working hours with availability for core overlap (US/EU time zones preferred).

• Occasional weekend or evening availability may be required for live events or launches.
