Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online business across Amazon FBA and Shopify platforms. This is a fully remote role, ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, digital marketing, product optimization, and performance analytics.
As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer experience, optimizing product listings, and managing online sales strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, supply chain, and customer support to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
Manage and optimize Amazon FBA and Shopify stores, ensuring high performance and profitability.
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
Oversee product listings, including SEO optimization, keyword research, product descriptions, and images.
Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts.
Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies across Shopify stores.
Coordinate with designers and content teams for branding and merchandising.
Track KPIs such as ROAS, AOV, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and e-commerce best practices.
Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms.
Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amazon Reports, Shopify Analytics).
Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
Excellent knowledge of Amazon FBA operations, logistics, and fulfillment processes.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital commerce roles.
Proven track record of managing and scaling Amazon FBA and/or Shopify stores.
Experience working with international markets is a plus.
Prior experience in product sourcing, branding, or private label businesses is an advantage.
Full-time, remote position.
Flexible working hours with availability for core business hours (aligned with US/European time zones preferred).
Occasional meetings with global teams across different time zones.
