Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our fast-growing high-ticket sales team. As a Remote Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and acquiring profitable real estate opportunities across residential and commercial markets. You will work directly with property owners, investors, and internal stakeholders to close high-value deals and contribute to the companys expanding real estate portfolio—all from the comfort of your home.
Identify, source, and qualify real estate acquisition opportunities through inbound and outbound lead channels.
Conduct detailed property analysis, including financial modeling, market research, and ROI projections.
Engage in high-ticket sales conversations with property owners and investors to negotiate favorable purchase terms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, brokers, agents, and investment partners.
Present acquisition proposals and investment cases to internal decision-makers.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution and closing.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular pipeline reports.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and investment strategies.
Strong sales mindset with proven negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze financial data and understand investment metrics (cap rate, cash flow, ARV, ROI).
High level of self-motivation and discipline in a remote working environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and virtual communication platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach.
Professional phone presence and experience handling high-value clients.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, real estate sales, or high-ticket sales.
Prior experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, commercial real estate, or property development is highly preferred.
Proven track record of closing high-value deals or meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Experience working remotely or in a distributed sales environment is a plus.
