Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital PR Specialist to join our global communications team. This role is fully remote and focused on driving brand visibility and authority through strategic digital PR and media outreach across Latin America and the United States.
As a Digital PR Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets, crafting compelling story angles, and securing high-quality media coverage for our products, services, and thought leadership initiatives. Develop and execute digital PR strategies to increase brand awareness and online visibility.
Identify relevant media outlets, journalists, editors, and influencers across LatAm and US markets.
Pitch story ideas, press releases, and thought leadership content to media contacts.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key media stakeholders.
Secure high-quality backlinks and brand mentions through digital publications.
Monitor media coverage and analyze PR performance using analytics tools.
Collaborate with content, SEO, and marketing teams to align PR campaigns with business goals.
Draft and edit press releases, media kits, outreach emails, and campaign reports.
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging media opportunities.
Manage crisis communications and reputation management when required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus).
Proven ability to pitch stories and build relationships with journalists and digital publishers.
Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
Solid understanding of SEO, link-building, and content marketing principles.
Ability to research, analyze data, and identify media opportunities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
Proficiency with PR and outreach tools (e.g., media databases, email outreach tools, analytics platforms).
2–5 years of experience in Digital PR, Communications, Public Relations, or Media Outreach.
Previous experience working with US and/or Latin American media markets is highly preferred.
Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital products is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated track record of securing media coverage and backlinks.
Full-time, remote position.
Working hours aligned with US or LatAm business hours (flexible depending on location).
Occasional availability for global team meetings across time zones.
Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems and online publications.
Knowledge of SEO metrics such as Domain Authority, backlinks, and organic visibility.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
High level of professionalism and stakeholder communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret PR performance data.
