Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly creative and strategic Remote Brand Designer – Visual Identity & UI Systems to join our global design team. This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about building strong, consistent brand identities across digital products and marketing platforms. You will play a key role in shaping how our brand looks, feels, and evolves across user interfaces, web experiences, and visual communications.

As a Brand Designer, you will collaborate closely with product designers, UX researchers, marketing teams, and developers to create scalable design systems that enhance user experience while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of Global MNC Techs brand identity across digital and product platforms.

• Design and maintain scalable UI and visual design systems (colors, typography, iconography, layout frameworks).

• Create high-quality visual assets for web, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, and marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with product and UX teams to ensure brand consistency across user journeys.

• Translate business and product requirements into compelling visual concepts.

• Develop brand guidelines and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

• Conduct visual audits and recommend improvements to existing brand assets.

• Stay up to date with design trends, UI patterns, and emerging technologies.

• Support marketing teams with campaign visuals, presentations, and digital creatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or similar.

• Deep understanding of visual branding, UI/UX principles, and design systems.

• Excellent typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling skills.

• Ability to create pixel-perfect designs for both web and mobile platforms.

• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

Experience

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of experience in brand design, product design, or UI/UX design.

• Proven portfolio showcasing branding, UI systems, and digital design projects.

• Experience working in tech, SaaS, or digital product companies is highly preferred.

• Remote or distributed team experience is a plus.
