Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Frontend Lead (React/Next.js) to spearhead the design, development, and evolution of our next-generation SaaS platforms. As a Senior Frontend Lead, you will be responsible not only for delivering world-class user interfaces but also for mentoring a team of frontend engineers, driving architectural decisions, and collaborating closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams. You will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our frontend stack while ensuring exceptional user experience across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of complex frontend applications using React and Next.js.

• Define and maintain frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

• Translate business requirements and UX designs into high-quality, scalable UI components.

• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level frontend developers through code reviews and technical coaching.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive solutions.

• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.

• Own frontend CI/CD processes and ensure smooth deployment pipelines.

• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and propose continuous improvements.

• Participate in technical decision-making and roadmap planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js for building modern web applications.

• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, or similar).

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.

• Experience with component libraries, design systems, and UI frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization and SEO best practices.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployment environments.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience

• 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development.

• 2+ years in a technical leadership or lead frontend role.

• Proven experience working in SaaS or large-scale web applications.

• Experience in remote or distributed team environments is highly desirable.
