Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly experienced and entrepreneurial Fractional Operations Lead to partner with high-growth startups and digital-first businesses in optimizing and scaling their operations. This role is designed for a senior operations professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can provide strategic and hands-on operational leadership on a fractional basis.

As a Fractional Operations Lead, you will act as a trusted advisor to founders and executive teams, helping them design scalable processes, improve operational efficiency, manage cross-functional workflows, and drive execution across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic operations partner to startup founders and leadership teams.

• Assess existing business processes and identify operational gaps and inefficiencies.

• Design and implement scalable operational frameworks, workflows, and SOPs.

• Lead operational planning, including goal setting, KPIs, OKRs, and performance tracking.

• Manage cross-functional projects involving product, marketing, sales, finance, and customer success.

• Improve resource allocation, vendor management, and internal communication structures.

• Support hiring and onboarding processes for operations-related roles.

• Establish reporting systems and dashboards to monitor business health and performance.

• Drive execution on key initiatives and ensure accountability across teams.

• Act as interim Head of Operations / COO support when required.

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in operations, business management, consulting, or related fields.

• Previous experience in a Head of Operations, Operations Manager, COO, or similar leadership role.

• Demonstrated experience working with startups, scale-ups, or fast-growing tech companies.

• Experience in remote or distributed team environments is highly preferred.

• Background in management consulting, digital transformation, or startup acceleration is a plus.
