Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Web Developer (Next.js) to join our growing remote engineering team. As a Junior Web Developer, you will work closely with senior developers, designers, and product managers to deliver intuitive user experiences and contribute to the full development lifecycle of web products. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using Next.js and React.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in software development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience using Git or other version control systems.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in web development or a related role.

• Fresh graduates with strong personal projects or internships are encouraged to apply.

• Prior experience with modern JavaScript frameworks is a plus.

Working Hours

• Fully remote and flexible schedule.
