Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking SEO Strategist – Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to join our global digital growth team. This role is designed for a strategic SEO professional who understands both traditional search engines and the evolving landscape of AI-driven and generative search platforms.

As an SEO Strategist, you will be responsible for building and executing comprehensive SEO and GEO strategies that improve organic visibility, drive high-quality traffic, and enhance brand authority across search engines, AI assistants, and generative platforms. You will work closely with content, product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure that our digital presence is optimized for the future of search.

This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a globally distributed, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end SEO and Generative Engine Optimization strategies.

• Optimize content for traditional search engines (Google, Bing) and AI-driven platforms (generative search engines, chat-based assistants).

• Conduct advanced keyword research, semantic analysis, and search intent mapping.

• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements (site speed, indexing, crawlability, schema).

• Optimize content for AI readability, entity-based search, and conversational queries.

• Track and analyze SEO performance using analytics and reporting tools.

• Collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-optimized, high-quality content.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI search, large language models, and algorithm updates.

• Build internal SEO best practices and documentation.

• Support international SEO and multilingual optimization strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and ranking algorithms.

• Knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-driven search systems.

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.

• Experience with content optimization for conversational AI and natural language queries.

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO purposes.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• 3–6+ years of hands-on experience in SEO or Digital Marketing roles.

• Proven experience managing SEO strategies for high-traffic websites or SaaS platforms.

• Experience working with AI content systems or generative search tools is a strong advantage.

• Background in global or enterprise-level SEO projects is preferred.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.
