Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing remote sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals, working closely with marketing and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and positioning our technology products and services as the best-fit solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

  • Understand customer business needs and propose suitable technology solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via video conferencing tools.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates.

Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or account management.

  • Prior experience selling technology products or SaaS solutions is highly preferred.

  • Experience working with international clients is an advantage.

  • Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude and communication skills may also be considered.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Standard working hours aligned with US/European business time zones.

  • Flexible scheduling with availability for client meetings and virtual calls.

  • Understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and closing techniques.
