Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Travel Concierge – Luxury Global Itineraries to deliver world-class, personalized travel experiences for high-net-worth clients across the globe. In this role, you will design and manage bespoke travel itineraries, providing end-to-end concierge services that exceed client expectations. You will act as a trusted travel advisor, ensuring seamless coordination of flights, accommodations, dining, events, and exclusive experiences, all while maintaining exceptional service standards in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and curate bespoke luxury travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and travel goals.

• Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients before, during, and after their trips.

• Book and manage international flights, luxury hotels, private villas, cruises, and premium transportation.

• Coordinate exclusive experiences such as private tours, Michelin-star dining, yacht charters, and cultural events.

• Handle special requests including visas, travel insurance, restaurant reservations, and event tickets.

• Proactively resolve travel issues, disruptions, or emergencies with professionalism and urgency.

• Maintain accurate client profiles, preferences, and travel history in CRM systems.

• Build strong relationships with global travel partners, hotels, airlines, and service providers.

• Stay updated on global travel trends, luxury destinations, and industry best practices.

Experience

• Experience working with luxury brands, five-star hotels, or premium travel agencies is an advantage.
