Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Blockchain Security Auditor to join our global remote team. This role is critical in ensuring the security, reliability, and robustness of blockchain-based systems and smart contracts deployed across decentralized platforms. As a Blockchain Security Auditor, you will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, preventing exploits, and enhancing the overall security posture of our blockchain infrastructure.
You will work closely with blockchain developers, product managers, and DevSecOps teams to assess smart contract code, perform security audits, and contribute to building secure decentralized applications (dApps) used by millions of users worldwide. Conduct comprehensive security audits of smart contracts written in Solidity, Rust, or Vyper.
Identify vulnerabilities such as reentrancy attacks, overflow/underflow, access control flaws, and logic errors.
Perform manual and automated code reviews using industry-standard security tools.
Design and execute penetration testing strategies for blockchain applications and protocols.
Prepare detailed audit reports, including risk assessments and remediation recommendations.
Collaborate with engineering teams to fix identified vulnerabilities and improve secure coding practices.
Monitor blockchain threat landscapes and emerging attack vectors.
Contribute to the development of internal security frameworks and best practices.
Support incident response in case of smart contract breaches or exploits.
Strong expertise in blockchain technologies and decentralized systems.
Proficiency in smart contract languages such as Solidity, Rust, or Vyper.
Solid understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and DeFi protocols.
Experience with security tools such as Slither, MythX, Foundry, Hardhat, and Echidna.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to write clear and actionable technical documentation.
Familiarity with Web3 ecosystems, wallets, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a distributed global team.
3+ years of experience in blockchain development, security engineering, or smart contract auditing.
Proven track record of conducting security audits for blockchain-based applications.
Experience working with DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, or Layer 2 solutions is highly desirable.
Prior exposure to bug bounty programs or security research is a strong advantage.
Fully remote role with flexible working hours.
