Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Remote Project Manager – Digital Transformation Ops to lead and manage cross-functional digital initiatives across global business units. This role is critical in driving enterprise-wide digital transformation programs, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring successful delivery of technology-driven projects in a fully remote environment.

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing complex digital projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for digital transformation initiatives, including ERP, CRM, cloud migration, automation, and data platforms.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with senior stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and communication plans.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Product, Operations, Finance, and external vendors.

• Track progress using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; implement mitigation strategies proactively.

• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor performance.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, sprint reviews, and executive reporting.

• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, security policies, and quality standards.

• Drive change management and user adoption strategies for new digital systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital transformation frameworks and enterprise technology ecosystems.

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a remote environment.

• Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello, Smartsheet).

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Financial acumen for project budgeting and cost control.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

• High level of organizational and time management skills.

• Exceptional leadership and team coordination abilities.

Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital transformation or technology-driven environments.

• Prior experience working with global teams and stakeholders.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are highly preferred.

• Experience managing enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, or automation tools is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time remote role.
