As a Remote Real Estate Cold Caller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to property owners, investors, and potential sellers to generate qualified leads for our real estate acquisition team. This is a fully remote role with high commission potential paid in USD, offering exceptional earning opportunities for top performers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective real estate leads using provided databases.

  • Identify motivated sellers, landlords, and property owners through structured conversations.

  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (property type, motivation, price expectations, timeline).

  • Collect accurate information and update lead details in the CRM system.

  • Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for senior acquisition specialists.

  • Maintain a professional, persuasive, and customer-focused communication style.

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly call and lead-generation targets.

  • Handle objections effectively and build rapport with potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the real estate sales and acquisitions team to optimize conversion rates.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or American accent preferred).

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven role.

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home working environment.

  • Self-disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.


Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or customer acquisition.

  • Prior experience in real estate, property sales, or wholesaling is highly preferred.

  • Experience working in remote or virtual sales environments is an advantage.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and sales mindset may also be considered.


Working Hours

  • Full-time or part-time options available.
