Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Python Developer – AI & Predictive Maintenance to join our growing technology team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI-driven solutions focused on predictive maintenance across industrial and enterprise systems. You will work closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineering leaders to build scalable, intelligent applications that reduce downtime, optimize performance, and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python applications for AI and predictive maintenance platforms.

• Build and optimize machine learning models for anomaly detection, forecasting, and predictive analytics.

• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate data pipelines from IoT devices, sensors, and enterprise systems.

• Develop APIs and microservices to serve AI models and analytics results.

• Ensure model reliability, scalability, and performance in production environments.

• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.

• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into technical solutions.

• Implement monitoring and logging systems to track model performance and system health.

• Continuously research and apply new AI and ML techniques to improve predictive accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.

• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.

• Experience working with large datasets and data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, Spark).

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaborative teams.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Python development.

• At least 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or data science-related roles.

• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI solutions.

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, IoT, or asset management domains is a strong plus.

• Prior experience in predictive maintenance or time-series analytics is highly desirable.
