Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Manager to lead and strengthen our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance initiatives across our global manufacturing operations. This remote role will be instrumental in developing sustainability strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving carbon reduction programs, and embedding responsible business practices across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of working cross-functionally with operations, procurement, supply chain, finance, and leadership teams to align sustainability goals with business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage ESG strategies aligned with corporate objectives and international standards.

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, sustainability reporting frameworks, and manufacturing industry requirements.

• Lead sustainability audits, risk assessments, and ESG performance reviews.

• Monitor carbon footprint, energy consumption, waste management, and water usage across facilities.

• Prepare ESG reports, sustainability disclosures, and regulatory submissions.

• Collaborate with procurement teams to promote responsible sourcing and supplier ESG compliance.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing environmental impact and increasing operational efficiency.

• Act as the internal subject matter expert on sustainability policies, ESG metrics, and best practices.

• Support stakeholder engagement, including investors, regulators, partners, and internal leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks (such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISO 14001).

• Proven ability to interpret environmental regulations and compliance requirements.

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in sustainability reporting tools and ESG data platforms.

• High level of integrity, accountability, and ethical decision-making.

Experience

• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in sustainability, ESG compliance, or environmental management roles.

• Prior experience within manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional sustainability initiatives in a global organization.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.

• Standard working hours aligned with business operations (flexible based on region).

• Occasional meetings across global time zones.
