Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Technical Recruiter – LatAm Sourcing Specialist to join our growing global talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent across Latin America to support our engineering, product, data, and IT functions.
This is a fully remote position ideal for an experienced recruiter who understands the Latin American tech talent market and is passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including software engineers, DevOps, data scientists, product managers, and IT specialists across LatAm.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and regional job boards.
Build strong talent pipelines and maintain a network of qualified technical professionals.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and technical pre-assessments.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and pipeline health.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain Global MNC Techs employer brand.
Stay informed on local labor laws, salary benchmarks, and market trends across LatAm countries.
Strong experience in technical sourcing and recruitment.
Excellent knowledge of the Latin American tech talent ecosystem.
Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage).
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proven track record of successfully hiring for software engineering and technical roles.
Experience working in remote, international, or distributed teams is highly preferred.
Exposure to startups, tech companies, or digital transformation projects is a plus.
Fully remote position.
Flexible working hours with partial overlap required with US and/or European time zones.
Typical working schedule: 40 hours per week.
Deep understanding of modern tech stacks (e.g., Java, Python, React, AWS, DevOps tools).
Strong sourcing techniques including Boolean search and passive candidate engagement.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment performance.
